Dear Richard,

Hi! I attended your No Money Down Seminar at Holiday Villa, Subang last March 29th.

Really appreciate your sharing of your experiences in getting the properties. It was very interesting!

You mentioned that the Power Point material can be found here in you blog, but I couldn't find it..

1. Could you please advise where it is?

2. You also mentioned that you'll share with us on how you got the property at Takashimaya at the end of the presentation, but I guess you've forgotten. Appreciate if you could share it.

Btw, fyi I'd really love to attend Bellum's seminar as stated in the No Money Down preview, but I'll be attending another seminar organized by you at the end of this month - so, at the moment, don't have extra "resources". :(

Very true. I'd agree that value is what sells, and self-esteem is an important vehicle to help you to carry out that sale successfully!

Of course, to be able to "up the price" to a widely acceptable one would depend on how well (and extensive) a company brands its image too :)

I have witnessed a million dollar in one day process TWICE so far. I have the confident everytime they ask me how much do you target and when I said 1 million. I'll make sure I hit it. And I hit it twice already. Not with my effort alone. but I do my best in supporting in any manner possible to make sure we hit our target. It was fun seeing the money coming in. But in the end it's not all about money. It's the satisfaction. We'll definately do more of this. I am sure.
